How do you handle IR35?

IR35 does not apply to our engagements because our developers are based offshore, outside the UK. You contract with Navigaite for offshore resources, which sits outside the IR35 regime entirely. If your legal team wants to verify the position, we are happy to walk them through the structure.

What checks do developers go through before placement?

Identity and right-to-work verification, references from named managers, and our four-stage technical and AI-working assessment.

What is the contractual chain?

You contract with Navigaite; the developer contracts with us. One counterparty, one invoice, one point of accountability.

Who owns the IP?

You do. Full IP assignment and confidentiality obligations flow through every contract in the chain from day one.

How do your developers use AI tools on our code?

Under your rules, not theirs. Developers work with the tools you approve, with no client code entering consumer tools or model training. Secrets and credentials never go into a prompt. If your security team has a policy, we work inside it. If you do not have one yet, we can share the standard we hold developers to.

What happens if the developer is ill, or it simply is not working?

Short absences are managed with you directly; extended ones trigger a replacement conversation immediately. Fit problems are covered by our replacement guarantee.
